In the spirit of the internet this site shares some of the techniques that I use in my work as an editorial photographer. It also hosts a whole series of "opinion" pieces in which I allow myself to ramble on about anything that I feel might be of interest to you, the visitor. I hope that you enjoy the site and that you will visit again soon.

Life has been rather busy for me over the last few months. The company (TSL Education) that I work for has moved to great new offices in central London and we have been getting used to a brand new IT system. I have been doing a lot of picture desk work and so haven't been doing as many pictures as I'd like.

I am starting to put together a few plans for live seminars. The first is likely to be in my home town of Bournemouth. If you would be interested in promoting one of my seminars yourself then email me at the address on the contacts page of this site. I am also looking into offering individual tuition on lighting and a few wider topics as well. If you are interested in any of these ideas, get in touch

The archive of monthly pages has had to go. Too many people whose pictures were on the site have asked for their images to be withdrawn to make it worth keeping the archive alive. In it's place there will be some slide presentations of some of my more interesting work.

I'd like to say a public "thanks for the concern" to the many of you who took the time to get in contact to make sure that everything was alright with me given the lack of updates
