Client: Society for Human Resource Management (USA)
Date: July 2013
Brief:
To arrange a time and a place to shoot a simple portrait of a British academic who had been interviewed for a very specific feature in an American business magazine. The image needed to be "upper torso" and able to be easily cut out with copy flowing around it. I was supplied with a couple of sample PDF pages from previous editions of the magazine and given the subjects name and contact details once the magazine's Art Director had emailed him to let him know who I was and that I'd be in contact.
Delivery: The images needed to be uploaded the same day (with the UK/USA time difference that gace me a few extra hours) to the clients FTP server. They had provided me with the details a couple of days ahead of the job and I had tested the connection so that there would be fare fewer chances of there being an issue on the day.
