As I sit here to update this page it's the end of January 2007. In December 2004 there were 194,000 visits to the site and 792,000 seperate page viewings. How many people that is and how much time they spent here will remain a mystery but I logged no fewer than 1,137 emails from visitors to the site during that year, every one of which I have answered personally. Some rather upsetting action by hackers means that I can no longer gather free web statistics via my ISP but I can tell you that in 2006 the legitimate email count was still over 1,000.

My income from the site this year was considerably lower than last with 23 people making donations averaging at UK£12.00 each. It costs quite a bit to keep the site going so if you have enjoyed the site, or learned from it, you can click on the "PayPal" button below and make a small donation.

I am open to offers from commercial sponsors, but there is little that I can offer them apart from alogo on the site. The truth is that I love this site and cannot bear to give even the slightest amount of control away!
